During the Consultation Phase, we define your goals and discuss how we will bring them to fruition. We use this opportunity to get to know who you are, what you like, and how you envision enjoying the space we will create for you.
From this, we identify the range of our services required to deliver the results you’re looking for. Ensuring we take in all your insights and feedback to realize a schematic design that captures everything needed for your ideal space.
The Consultation Phase follows these simple steps:

The Design Phase is where the client brief comes to life. Drawing inspiration from your vision, our team of design experts will put pen to paper and design your schematic dream space seamlessly merging our exceptional design with optimum functionality.
Our Design Phase begins with a design consultation, wherein we’ll conduct a site plan review and survey study. Our Design Team will then begin design development which may include additional meetings (via conference call or site visit) to discuss design expectations, space planning, value engineering and material selections.
Once our schematic design is ready, we conduct an internal review and schedule a design presentation to walk you through our vision for your project.

Real site work begins during the Construction Phase. More than just breaking ground, Construction encompasses planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising the project from start to finish. It isn’t for the faint of heart, and that’s where modern’s over 50 years of combined expertise comes in. Our team has been bringing modern designs to life since 2000, so we know what it takes to meet the challenges of construction through meticulous management.
Alternatively, should you opt to have other builders bid on the construction of your project, the final schematic we provide includes measurements & additional information to allow you to do so. This option allows flexibility for our out-of-service area clients or clients who have their own preferred builders.
